It can satisfy your need to do something creative.
My woodworking idea was to build a playhouse for my kids so I looked for some playhouse plans. I’m not that new to this so it’s a good thing I found Ted’s Woodworking site online. Ted McGrath created this collection of over 16,000 woodwork plans and woodworking patterns. He’s a professional woodworker and a member of the AWI, so his work is credible to me because he’s not just a hobbyist but a master craftsman. It took him two years to put this woodwork project package together, and he says it’s the most comprehensive one you can find online today.
Is Ted’s Woodworking package worth the money?
New woodworkers will benefit from this package. The woodworking plans are clear and it’s easy to read the dimensions on the different drawings. This is something that a beginner like me can appreciate, because it makes it easier to follow the instructions. You can get free woodworking patterns, but they’re printed on small scripts that are hard to decipher most of the time.
There are some furniture, shed, playhouse plans, and many other great plans that look specially designed for seasoned woodworking pros. That’s a good thing too because I’m planning to go into more complex woodwork projects as my carpentry skills increase. This package has all the plans you need if you want to be really good at carpentry work, even to a high skill level.
